Palak Purswani the talented actress who was last seen in Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke is presently working on the short film Rashq which is made by Rajiv Walia. The short is for YouTube.
The short film stars Bhuvan Arora, Palak Purswani, Pooja Bhamrah and Shishir Sharma.
The film is a murder mystery where the story is all about whether the husband murdered his wife or not!! Palak plays the wife who gets murdered. The film has a tricky and unpredictable end.
Says Palak, “It is a film of 10 minutes. We shot it during the lockdown from home. It was quite a challenge for me. It was experimental for all of us as we have never done anything like this before. All of us were in different parts of India and were shooting for our parts. It was a fascinating experience.”
“It was fun to shoot with your families being around. The direction team had come home. There were three people at home and I shot amidst all the comfort level at my home. We shot for it in two days. I am now looking forward to sharing it with you guys,” she says.
Rajiv Walia from New York has produced the film.
“Rajiv got in touch with me through the mail after seeing my work. I am glad things worked out. He is very professional. Sitting in New York, he got all work done here. It was bang on time, and the script was amazingly done. All was so very interesting.”
