Digvijay Rathee, who owns the reputation of being a reality TV star, was indeed tested in the recent reality show The 50, on JioHotstar and Colors TV. However, even when things got tough, Digvijay showed off his calm nature and proved his mettle. His fans believed that Digvijay relied on calmness more than aggression when he was competing.

Talking about this, he said, “Definitely, for sure. Calmness is one of the biggest strengths in a competitive environment because your brain can function to its full capacity when you’re really calm.”

He explained that when the mind is at ease, it becomes easier to look at situations from different angles. “When you’re really there, you can think about things in every possible way. You need a calm mind for that,” he shared, adding that meditation has played an important role in helping him stay centred during tough moments.

Beyond the game, Digvijay is also aware of the growing attention he receives, especially from younger audiences. He admitted that this visibility brings a sense of responsibility with it. “Definitely. I feel I have a big responsibility as the youth of India follow me a lot for all the good things I do,” he said.

Digvijay tries to keep his approach positive and mindful. “I always try to influence them positively so that they can make their life better with each passing day,” he shared.
