I am simply bowled over by the trailer of Call My Agent, a tongue-in-‘chic’ look at the world of star agents, those movers and shakers who make stars smell like roses from behind the scenes, who are responsible for what one of the protagonists in the trailer creatively describes as “creative marriages”.
This is a space that the OTT has never attempted before, and a most welcome departure from the clutter of clichés that the digital space has gotten itself into, in no time at all.
Aahana Kumra, Ayush Mehra, Soni Razdan and Rajat Kapoor effortlessly take on the roles of talent managers at a renowned talent agency called, ‘Art’. These absolute bosses navigate their way through a plethora of tantrums and mishaps to save their agency from closure. Adding additional oomph to the series are special appearances by Farah Khan, Ali Fazal, Richa Chadha, Lara Dutta, Jackie Shroff, Dia Mirza and more.
Call My Agent: Bollywood will take you through the world of Bollywood, where you can expect a hilarious, heartwarming tale of 4 colossally different individuals who come together for a common cause, to save what means the most to them.

It was a huge responsibility to be mindful of the original screenplay that has been such a success and yet have my own stamp on the adaptation.
