ZEE5 is all set to entertain loyal audiences with a new web show named ‘Brown – The First Case’. Produced by Zee Studios and directed by Abhinay Deo, this crime drama is set in the bustling city of Kolkata and promises to make for a fine watch. The show is based on Abheek Barua’s book called ‘City of Death’.
The drama series features Karisma Kapoor and Surya Sharma in pivotal roles. Apart from Karisma and Surya, the project has veteran actresses Soni Razdan and Helen. We had earlier exclusively reported about Paresh Pahuja, Ajinkya R Deo, Meghna Malik, Pamela Singh Bhutoria and Jayashree Venketaramanan bagging roles in the project.
Now, we hear actors Aryann Bhowmik (Bengali film Chalo Paltai, Detective Byomkesh Bakshy) and Ahalya Shetty (Meghdoot, The Cloud Messenger) are part of the upcoming web series. The two have already shot for the project.
