Director Santosh Singh who has directed successful web series like Apharan, Fittrat, Broken But Beautiful, has started work on his next. He is presently directing a web series which is yet untitled. The series will depict real-life stories and will stream on Voot. The news coming to us is that the popular Bollywood actress Lara Dutta Bhupathi will play the lead in the series.
As for Lara, she has featured in web projects Hundred, Hiccups and Hookups, and Kaun Banegi Shikharwati.
The cast and crew are presently shooting for the series is what we hear.
Lara is otherwise known for her fabulous performances on the big screen in projects Khakee, Masti, No Entry, Fanaa, Jhoom Barabar Jhoom, Do Knot Disturb, Don 2 etc. She was recently seen in Bell Bottom.
We buzzed the spokesperson at Voot but did not get revert till we filed the story.
