Actor Reyaansh Vir Chadha, who has recently been seen in engaging and different roles on the vertical medium, will now be seen in Agastaya Jain’s banner, Creators Retina Entertainment’s upcoming series, which will revolve around an alpha guy and his obsessive love. It will be a love story between a goon and a simple student. The series titled Mirzapur Ke Aashiq will be for Story TV. Himani Sharma will be the girl opposite Reyaansh.
This will be Reyaansh’s second series with the banner. Earlier, he was part of a concept that described the emotional journey between a mother and a son. Now, the actor will be seen in a raw, aggressive avatar.
When contacted, Reyaansh confirmed the news to IWMBuzz.com, saying, “I have never done such an alpha guy’s role before. You will see me in a raw look, with a typical dialect. I have always played urban, flamboyant characters, and this was a good deviation. I had to work on the dialect and body language of the character. He will be aggressive and obsessed with love. I enjoyed playing this character.”
