A report has come in that confirms that Goldy Brar, who is infamous for his link to the assassination of Punjabi musician, Sidhu Moosewala, was shot dead in the USA.

It is being said that the incident happened on Tuesday, at around 5:25 pm local time at Fairmont and Hot Avenue. The same report from News18 also revealed that the unidentified attackers allegedly opened fire on Brar and his friend, who were standing right outside their apartment and then fled the area.

Two of them were taken to the hospital but one of them passed away. Owing to the man being linked to several controversies, his recognised rivals, Arsh Dalla and Lakhbir have been linked to taking credit for the attack citing their long-withstanding rivalry and problems with each other.

Lawrence Bishnoi, who was recently also in the news for the gunfire outside Salman Khan’s apartment, has not responded to these claims.

For the uninitiated, Brar, born in 1994 in Muktsar Sahib, Punjab, hails from a family with a background in law enforcement. Also known as Satwinderjit Singh, he is a Canadian-born graduate with a Bachelor’s degree who worked remotely from Punjab. Last year, Goldy’s cousin, Gurlal Brar, was tragically killed outside a nightclub in Chandigarh. It’s believed that Bishnoi’s gang targeted Gurlal, a close associate, in retaliation for the death of Youth Congress leader Gurlal Pahalwan. Following these events, Goldy reportedly returned to Canada in 2021. He initially arrived in Canada on a student visa in 2017.
