One fine day, the whole of the Nation rose to the ‘naked’ poses and pictures of the extremely popular Ranveer Singh. Well, the actor dared it all to pose naked for PAPER Magazine and paid tribute to iconic US actor Burt Reynolds. Ranveer Singh who is always known to be a unique fashion freak, became the talk of the town, this time for posing nude. Soon, the actor got served with police complaints and FIRs as per reports in media.

Aryan Khan’s arrest, Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan controversy:

Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested in connection with the Mumbai cruise drugs case in 2021. After long-standing court hearings, and 26 days of being under arrest, Aryan walked out of the jail. Later, in May 2022, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) cleared Aryan Khan and five others accused owing to ‘lack of sufficient evidence’. Shah Rukh Khan continued to be in the limelight when his son was arrested, and till the time Aryan got cleared. As the year 2022 came to a close, the song Besharam Rang, from Pathaan hogged all limelight. The song featuring Deepika Padukone is claimed as per reports to be a rude description for saffron.

Kichcha Sudeep made headlines when his ‘Hindi is no more a national language’ remark went viral. This didn’t go down well with Ajay Devgn, who responded by saying that ‘Hindi will always be our national language’. This led to a war on Twitter. The two stars hogged the limelight for a long time, with debates heating up all the more regarding this issue.

Sajid Khan who has been in the limelight for the #MeToo scandal created a new furore when he announced that he will take part in Bigg Boss 16 as one of the contestants. As many as 7,400 staff members were sacked from their jobs. For Twitter’s way ahead, he has proposed some big ideas. He has floated ideas ranging from building a version of China’s WeChat, a super app that would include everything from shopping to banking to social media. The suicide of actress Tunisha Sharma shook the Nation as the year 2022 was drawing to a close. The actress who played the lead in the TV show Alibaba: Dastaan-E-Kabul committed suicide in the make-up room of lead actor Sheezan Khan. This led to the arrest of Sheezan for allegedly abetting the suicide of Tunisha. As of now, Sheezan continues to be under arrest, with interrogations happening. Tunisha’s mother Vanita Sharma believes that Sheezan is responsible for her daughter’s death and is fighting it hard in the court to get justice.

Lionel Messi and his men lifting FIFA World Cup:

Lionel Messi’s long-lasting dream finally came true when the defining moment came when his histrionics and sheer brilliance on the football ground gave the final finish for Argentina to lift the FIFA World Cup. On a night which was high on drama, Lionel Messi’s team beat France in the penalty shootout to take home the trophy.
