Easy paneer dosa recipe with straightforward stuffed dosa preparation. ideal for dinner and brunch.

Ingredients: 1 cup of crumbled paneer, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of finely minced garlic, 1 green chilli, 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon each of red and green chilli powders, and salt.

Method: 1. If using frozen paneer, boil water in a pot large enough to hold the paneer cubes while they soften.

2. Grind the paneer in a blender or break it up with your fingertips.

3. Cumin seeds are spluttering in hot oil in a kadai. Make sure not to burn it. Therefore, use a medium flame.

4. Stir in the minced garlic and the chopped chilli. After adding, cook the onion until transparent.

5. If using tomatoes, add the tomatoes along with the salt, turmeric, and red pepper flakes.

6. Add the crushed paneer and give it a fry. Add paneer immediately if not using tomato.

7. Turn off the heat; paneer can become rubbery if fried for an extended period of time.

8. To spread the dosa, follow the instructions in the video. And then fold the dosa after spreading enough paneer as required.
