* Ingredients required are peeled prawns, garlic, ginger, turmeric, red chilli powder, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.

Steps to make tandoori prawns.

* Wash pilled prawns three-four times in cold water. Drain all water and put prawns in a baking dish.

* In another dish adds ginger, garlic, turmeric, chilli powder, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Mix all these ingredients properly.

* Half the mixture of all ingredients take out and keep separately. The remaining half mix with prawns and keep this in the freezer for one hour till prawns get marinated very well.

* Then after one hour, take out marinated prawns and grill it if you wish or bake it in an oven till both sides of the prawns turn pink.

* Take out prawns from the oven and put these tandoori prawns on a serving plate and brush the leftover mixture and serve them hot with mint chutney and chopped onion.
