Hyderabadi Biryani is a world-famous dish. It’s super tasty and super easy to make at home. So, today we are up with the recipe of Hyderabadi style biryani.

Ingredients:

Meat (Mutton or Chicken): The following ingredients shall vary according to the quantity of meat you are willing to use.

ginger garlic paste

red chilli paste

green chilli paste (sauteed brown onions to taste)

cardamom powder

Cinnamon sticks

cumin seeds

Cloves

mace

mint leaves

lemon juice

curd

butter

semi-cooked rice

saffron

water

oil

Garnish ingredients:

Eggs, boiled

Carrots, sliced

Cucumbers

How to cook it:

1. Clean the meat. Take a bowl, add meat, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, green chilli paste, sauteed onions, cardamom powder, cinnamon, cumin seeds, cloves, mace, mint leaves, and lemon juice.

2. Mix these completely together.

3. Add curd, clarified butter, semi-cooked rice, saffron, water, and oil. Blend it well.

4. Now apply a sticky dough on the sides of the dish.

5. Cover with a top to seal it and cook for around 25 minutes.

6. Hyderabadi Biryani is prepared to eat. You can choose to garnish it with eggs, carrots, cucumbers and serve hot.
