RECIPE.
* In a medium mixing bowl combines flour, baking powder, and salt and mix it gently. Separate the egg into two mixing bowls.
* Add sugar in the bowl having egg yolk and mix until it becomes pale yellow. Add milk and vanilla and mix to consolidate. Pour this blend over the flour combination and tenderly blend.
* With an electric beater, beat egg white at high speed and add sugar, and both bowl properly.
* Pour batter into a pan and smooth it into an even layer and bake it for 25 to 35 minutes. Eliminate from oven and permit cake to cool.
* Combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and entire milk in a jar and mix. Once the cake cooled down make holes all over the top of the cake.
* Slowly pour milk mixture over the top of the cake as well all over edges.
* Refrigerate the cake for at least one hour or overnight, to allow it to soak up the milk.
* Whip altogether the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until you achieve stiff peaks. Add it to the top of the cake.
* Serve this mouth-watering cake with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top and fresh strawberries, which is optional.
