Well, nothing much. Just starting with meditation in the morning and then going for shoot

One tip for everyday fitness?

Fitness is everything. It’s very important that we eat good and healthy meals in proper proportion. Also, it’s important to drink coconut water and fresh fruits and juices. Also, good amount of stretching and strength training is always beneficial
