What is your cheat food?

There are different things at different times but if I have to pick one then it is mom’s biryani. It’s yum. Recently I have taken one or two bites of cheesy pizza too.

Favourite exercise?

Favourite exercise would have to be gymnastics. Or it will have to be pull-ups. Pull-ups are always great.

What is your morning routine?

My best morning routine comprises fruit juices with a lot of dry fruits, dates, fine nuts, protein powder. Fruits a perfect beginning for your morning routine.

Stairs or lift?

I work out so much so I go with the lift but when I don’t work out, I prefer stairs.

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

My favourite lockdown exercise is sit-ups.

Yoga Or Weights

I would prefer yoga and body training, stretching is a must every day so never miss out on stretching.

Walking or Jogging

Jogging is better as far as fitness is concern.

Your take on health suppliments

My take is that health supplements are very important. Not everybody can get all the proper nutrition and vitamins on daily basis so I feel supplements are great. They help to balance out the vitamin and minerals.

Best way to burn calories

The best way would be to do jumps. Lots and lots of jumps. Different kinds of jumps like block jumps, one leg jumps, side jumps, and more.

One tip for everyday fitness?

Start with push ups, you don’t need to do 100s of them but start with some and everybody is capable of putting one step ahead of the other so I guess just step by step.
