What is your cheat food?

I don’t really have cheat food as I count my calories. But if I had to pick one, it would be ‘chole bhature’.

Favorite exercise?

Bench Press for weightlifting and skipping and boxing for cardio.

What is your morning routine?

Well, I wake up by 8/8.30AM and I try to go out for cricket early in the morning. I play a lot of outdoor sports. Once I am back home, I start with my coffee and meals. That’s it.

Fruit or juices?

Juices.

Stairs or lift?

I would prefer stairs anyday. I was more than 100 kgs during my college. Using stairs always helped me lose a lot of weight.

One tip for everyday fitness?

Fitness is all about consistency. You must be doing something you love consistently. It might differ from person to person but you need to carry on with your form of exercise and do it nicely.
