In a candid chat with IWMBuzz.com, Rafi talks of his fitness choices.
Cheat Food:
For me cheat food and diet go hand in hand as I eat 6-8 times a day. I make sure I eat the right food at the right time
Favourite Exercise:
I like leg press exercise. I indulge in morning workout routine like heavy weights, especially empty stomach
Fruits or juices:
I prefer juices but like to eat some of my favourite fruits
Stairs or lift:
When I work out on a regular basis, I prefer lifts but when I am not working out, I prefer stairs
Your favourite lockdown exercise:
My favourite lockdown exercise was free weight exercises mostly push ups, chin ups, plank hold etc
Yoga or weights:
Definitely weights
Walking or Jogging:
Walking most of the times
Your take on health supplements:
I think if proper diet and nutrition is not provided by organic food products, taking good quality supplements like protein, glutamine, amino acids is fine enough
Best way to burn calories:
Playing football for straight 1 and a half hour minimum to 2 hours maximum is the best way to burn calories
One tip for everyday fitness:
Drink a lot of water a tleast 6-8 litres a day. Water intake should be half an hour before having your meal and after 45 mins of having your meal
