Cheat Food:

I typically have a cheat meal every month. My favourite cheat foods are Cheese Cake and Rajma Chawal.

Favourite Exercise:

Doing Suryanamaskar. It is a complete exercise in itself.

The purpose of exercise for you is:

Stay healthy, stay happy. I believe in optimistic thinking, and with it comes regular exercise.

Fruit or juices:

Raw fruits. I don’t even cut my fruits

Stairs or lift:

When there is no time, I use the lift. When I need exercise, it will be stairs. Getting up the stairs is a very good exercise for the heart. However, when you get down the stairs, it exerts huge pressure on the knees which is not good.

Your best morning routine will comprise of:

I have water from my copper jug. I do Surynamaskars, pushups, leg raises. I later take my breakfast. I eat fruits after my breakfast.

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

Pushups, squats. I had dumbbells and I worked out a lot.

Yoga Or Weights:

Weights. I believe when you are lifting a lot of weight, it gives you extra strength. Yoga is good for stretching your body.

Walking or Jogging:

I love jogging

Your take on health supplements:

I don’t think we need it if we take everything in our diet. I prefer taking Protein Shakes.

Best way to burn calories:

Run on a treadmill. Stair master, rowing

Your take on six-pack abs:

It is genetic. Few get it very naturally. But that does not indicate that one is very healthy

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

I run for three to four kilometres every day. I want to increase it to eight to ten kilometres.

One tip for everyday fitness:

It is very easy. Eat everything but within a limit.
