I drink a lot of water. I have had porridge with dry fruits daily for 17 years now.

I used to clean up the entire house.

I prefer more of the natural stuff.

Be active throughout the day. Every step counts.

You need to work hard to get those abs. I prefer a lean and athletic body.

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

I don’t have a 100 per cent focus at times. Now I want to have an absolute ribbed body.

One tip for everyday fitness:

People need to understand that fitness is about lifestyle. You need to do small things the right way. Make it a habit not to be lazy.
