They are necessary. Our Indian diet, especially vegetarians need health supplements that are not got in our food. I take them for a month or two, and give a gap.

Do Cardio and have a proper eye on your food intake

If you need it, have it. If you don’t need it, don’t keep it just for the sake of flaunting. It is very hard to get them visible and maintain them. I have it though

I am in my best shape right now. I want to maintain this for a long period

Every individual should have some physical exertion during the day to day life. Play some games that you like. In this scenario, we don’t have time for our health. Most of us have sitting jobs, so doing something that exerts the body is needed
