In a fun fitness segment, the actor revealed his workout routine, cheat food and more
What is your cheat food?
I am on a strict diet since 12 years and have not had a cheat meal but if given an opportunity it needs to be a buffet for me – butter chicken with butter naan, garlic sauce and chicken with fried vegetable rice, pizza, hot chocolate fudge, jalebi with rabadi, motichoor ladoo. Anything and everything from Mughalai to Chinese to Italian.
I prefer freehand exercises so hand walk.
Your best morning routine will comprise of
A glass of warm water with lemon, jaggery, tulsi and kalonji
Fruits or juices?
Stairs or lift?
When I work out, I prefer stairs otherwise always lift (I am a lazy bee)
