I recommend health suppliments as it’s difficult to consume protein and necessary things only with meals.

Best way to burn calories

Have a coffee shot and sprint for 10-15 mins (walk or jog for 30mins) in the morning. Also, do cardio after workout for 20 mins

One tip for everyday fitness?

Keep your body active. If no weights, no yoga, at least walk or jog and do mindful eating.
