Green tea with a book, then YOGA post which I hog!

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

I’ve been trying to achieve certain asanas in Yoga, so definitely that.

Yoga any day

 Jogging

Your take on health supplements:

 Ghar ka khaana, no supplements otherwise

Best way to burn calories:

Run ! Easiest way and feels liberating

Your take on six-pack abs:

It’s a choice. If one is aiming for it and that’s pushing them, then there’s no harm, isn’t it? I’m not that ambitious about it. My ultimate goal is to be fit. I don’t have body image in front of me

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness: 

To eliminate anything that’s harming the body. I’ve cut down on sugar, in process to filter things.

One tip for everyday fitness:

KEEP MOVING, staying stuck at one place could be very comfortable. But when you keep moving your body, you’re active and your body doesn’t rest in a comfortable position for a long time which is definitely harmful.
