Amrita Gogoi is an actress who predominantly works in the Assamese film and television industry. She started her career by competing in a reality competition show namely, “Moi Axom Dexor Suali” and also won the competition. The actor was then also seen anchoring for the same show. Her first opportunity came when she got the chance to be a part of an Assamese television show called “ Ragini”. This show was a superhit as Amrita charmed everyone with her looks and her work. Ahetuk directed by Bani Das is a romantic thriller film released in the year 2015 and it was Amrita Gogoi’s debut film.
The actress also won The Best Actor – Female award for her debut film. Later in the year 2017, the actress was seen in 3 movies namely ‘Dur’, ‘Konwarpurar Konwar’, and ‘Suyogaonor Champa’. Later on, she also appeared in other Assamese movies named ‘Epaar Xipaar’, ‘Pratighaat’, and a few others too. The actress also loves to dance and is a Sattriya dancer as well. She now appears on a TV show named ‘Xeropat’. Amrita has also acted in many video songs like Pedal Mari Mari song which helped her gain a lot of popularity.
