What does this day mean to you personally, beyond the celebrations?
Growing into my own rhythm. More than the celebrations, it’s a day of perspective. A quiet checkpoint; to understand what truly matters, to let go of what doesn’t and to step into the year ahead with gratitude, clarity, and renewed direction.
Do you prefer a quiet, intimate birthday or a big celebration with friends and industry colleagues? What are your plans this year?
Keeping it quiet, personal and close to the heart.
Looking back at the past year, what has been the most defining moment in your journey—personally or professionally?
Some of the most defining moments don’t announce themselves. This year has been about reaffirming my boundaries, standing by them with quiet confidence and stepping forward with a stronger sense of purpose.
Birthdays often bring reflection—what are a few life lessons that have truly shaped who you are today?
Trust your instincts. Protect your energy. Stay consistent. Everything else aligns.
As someone in the spotlight, how do you stay grounded while navigating both success and challenges?
Grounding, for me, comes from staying anchored in what’s real; honouring my work, my values and the people who matter. When your focus is steady, both success and challenges become part of the same journey, not distractions from it.
What is one thing you’ve learned about happiness that you wish you had known earlier in life?
I’ve learned that happiness isn’t something you chase; it lives in the gratitude you hold for what you have already received. It often reveals itself in the quiet, everyday moments and recognising that shifts your entire perspective.
Do you set goals or resolutions on your birthday, and if yes, what are you hoping to manifest this year?
I don’t set resolutions in the traditional sense. I prefer setting an intention for the year. For me, it’s less about seeking something new and more about deepening what already feels aligned. The new unfolds along the way.
If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be—and why?
There was never a need to be ahead of time. There’s a quiet strength in growing at your own pace. The world, in time, gently reveals those who remain honest and true to the present. No matter the circumstance, known or unknown to the others, it will find its way back to you.
