Disha Patani has easily become one of the most popular female celebrities of the youth brigade in the last few years. The actress, who made a stunning appearance in Indian cinema with ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’, quickly shot to fame as one of the most searched celebrities on Google and social media. Add to that, her collaboration with the brand ‘Calvin Klein’ functioned as a cherry on top for the actress and photos of her endorsing the brand went viral on social media. A lot of credit for the same collaboration goes to Disha Patani and her fitness regime. Henceforth, the actress recently shared her opinion and views of fitness. Here’s what she has to say –
“There is a difference between starving and eating healthy. I always choose healthier options. Ninety percent of how you look depends on what you eat. If I’m not eating right, no matter how much I train, I won’t improve. I am a lover of sweet things and I eat as my heart permits once a week.”
To add more inspiration value to the whole subject of fitness, Disha adds,
“When I come back from filming, I have to start from the basics again. If you don’t achieve a split, you need to stretch every day. If you don’t, you lose it.” That’s certainly all the fitness inspiration we need to maintain a lifestyle which is healthy and not to forget, the stunning body it leaves you with!
She is often hailed as Bollywood’s ‘Jawani Janeman’. Disha Patani has the perfect body and skills to flaunt and she has already showed that, after having done a range of action films and aced the act in each one of her projects.
Disha happens to be only three films old in Bollywood and she is already known for her wise choices, be it MS Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016), Baaghi 2 (2018), and now ‘Bharat’ which all spelt success at the box office every time.
On the work front, Disha Patani will next be seen in Mohit Suri’s ‘Malang’.
