Saif Ali Khan is one of the finest and most versatile actors in the Indian entertainment industry and the last few years have been phenomenal for him commercially and critically. Be it in OTT web shows like Sacred Games or movies like Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior or Jaawani Jaaneman, Saif has shown variation in his work like never before and the audience has no wonder been mighty impressed.

He’s all set for the release of his next titled ‘Tandav’ by Amazon Prime and as far as the narrative is concerned, it has a lot to do with politics. When Saif was asked to tell more about his character and the preparation he had to do, he was as quoted as saying,

“Well, the preparations started right from remembering all the lines. Some of them were really really tough. I was actually very worried about how I would be able to do it but it went well. There’s a lot of ‘Sanskritized’ Hindi which is really difficult if you don’t practice the diction. So I prepared my bit for that and I can say that my Hindi has improved to a great extent after Tandav. As far as the other nuisances are concerned, the character pretty much dresses like me and there are certain similarities to my real self. So it was quite interesting to be doing it.”
