On April 10, Karishma shared a video giving a sneak peek into fitness-freak pregnancy. In the video, the actress is seen hitting the gym and lifting dumbbells with confidence and ease. Firstly, Karishma was lifting small dumbbells and practicing while giving herself back support. Later, she also lifted a heavy dumbbell and did a workout on machines to build strength.
