Here are a couple of our beloved divas that upped their cultural dress skills in 2021, with a stunning statement.
This year, the stunning Kiara Advani wore a sharara outfit on several occasions. However, two certain appearances remain in our memory rent-free. During the marketing of Shershaah, the actress was spotted wearing a yellow and white sharara set by Tamanna Punjabi Kapoor, which had a yellow kurta with floral embroidery, silver gotta Patti work, and a flattering halter neck. The look was finished with off-white sharara trousers with little pink and yellow embroidery. Ms. Advani completed the appearance with a pair of blue dramatic earrings.
Her second appearance was a stunning yellow stitched sharara by Ritika Mirchandani. The look included a dimension top with patterned golden embroidered, a deep cleavage, an inversion hem, and a cut length that exposed the belly. The shirt was worn with high-waisted sharara trousers by the actress. She completed her look with a floor-length cloak blazer embellished with sequins, cushioned shoulder, embellished full sleeves, and an open front. She completed her ensemble with a multi-layered collar necklace and complementing studs.
Alia picked a brilliant pink sharara set by her go-to designer, Manish Malhotra, for a pre-wedding event. The items included sharara trousers and a crop top that were all embroidered with lovely flower thread work in yellow, green, blue, and pink. Instead of a kurta, she wore a corset blouse. Instead of a bulky dupatta, the style was matched with a sleeveless jacket cover-up. The actress complemented her appearance with chandbali earrings set with uncut diamonds and a bracelet.
