Manju Warrier is an amazing actress who has majorly appeared in the Malayalam film industry. She is known as the ‘Lady Superstar’ of the Malayalam Cinema Industry. The beautiful actress is very versatile who never fails to impress everyone with her acting skills. Manju Warrier made her debut in 1995 with the movie ‘Sakshyam’. The actress is very well known for her role in evergreen Malayalam movies including ‘Sallapam’, ‘Ee Puzhayum Kadannu, Thooval Kottaram’ (1996), ‘Summer in Bethlehem’, ‘Krishnagudiyil Oru Pranayakalathu’ (1997), ‘Kanmadam’ (1998), and ‘Pathram’(1999).
However, in 1998 the actress married actor Dileep and discontinued her acting career which left her fans heartbroken as it meant they wouldn’t be able to see their favourite beauty on screen anymore. The actress then made her comeback to the Malayalam Cinema industry with ‘How Old Are You’ (2014) after she parted ways with her former husband. The audience loved seeing her again on the silver screen after 14 years! The movie was a commercial super hit. From then on, Manju Warrier has worked in several movies like ‘Prathi Poovan Kozhi’ (2019), ‘Lucifer’ (2019), and many more. The talented actress is also a classical dancer. She will be next seen in the movie ‘Marakkar: Arabi Kadalinte Simham’ opposite superstar Mohanlal and other actors like Keerthi Suresh, Sunil Shetty and others which is scheduled to release this year. The actress has won numerous awards including Filmfare awards for Best Actress, National Film Award Kerala, State Film Award, and Filmfare Awards south. Manju was also the face of Kalyan Jewellers along with Amitabh Bachhan and Aishwariya Rai.
