Having a healthy and fit body requires a lot of effort and commitment. And this particular Indian actor, Arun Vijay, is dedicated to having that healthy body not only for his own satisfaction but also for his roles that he plays.

Arun Vijay has had to put in extra effort as he had to work on roles that required him to bulk up for the movie Kuttram 23. However, he immediately had to lose all that muscle mass and heavy physique for a much leaner look for the role of a cop in the movie Yennai Arindhaal.

He had to train rigorously, not only build on his physique to match that of a boxer’s but also he had to learn a martial art for his movie called Boxer as well. This actor has been hitting the gym, following a strict diet regime for his desired look.

He has been avoiding carbs, instead, he adds more proteins into his diet to help him heal and re-energize after putting in all that work at the gym. He agrees that the best way to follow a strict diet is to get creative and create tasty new healthy recipes that taste just as good.

He also advises you to keep moving and keep your muscles working. He also mentions that everyone should follow at least a minimum workout. And that after a workout, the right amount of rest is just as necessary.
