Milind Soman has consistently demonstrated how to provide variation to one’s fitness programme, from home workouts using melons to exercises in the wilderness. One of the fittest superstars in the entertainment sector is Milind Soman. The actor has never failed to impress his fans, whether it be through his participation in Alisha Chinai’s music video for “Made in India” or his most recent appearance in the series “Four More Shots Please.”

He doesn’t view fitness as having “6 packs.” Soman recently claimed in an interview that being fit is not all about having six-pack abs. Everything revolves around improving every day at what he does.

Lazy as everyone else: The 57-year-old acknowledges that he is just as sluggish as everyone else and detests getting up early!

However, this is what keeps him healthy and happy:

Regular exercise

No intensive exercise programme

Running and bicycling

Soman is well renowned for his long-distance cycling and marathon running, both of which are excellent cardio exercises.

Yoga for health

The actor does yoga, which helps with posture, flexibility, and stability.

His dietary habits

Soman stated in an interview that he makes sure to eat fruits and veggies. He claims, however, that he consumes everything.
