Samantha Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya are some of the cutest couples in the South Film industry! The two met on the sets of Gautham Menon’s Ye Maaya Chesave back in 2010. The two didn’t get together immediately. They came together for yet another movie, Autonagar Surya. That is when the sparks were ignited. There was some Twitter flirting and then in 2015 on Naga’s birthday she wished him and hinted at there being something more to the relationship. They never confirmed anything till 2016. But she insisted they weren’t getting married anytime soon.
A year later the two lovebirds got married on the 6th and 7th of October 2017 in Goa. The wedding was one of the most talked-about weddings! On the 6th, they held the wedding with the Hindu rituals and on the 7th they had a white wedding. Both ceremonies only had close friends and family invited.
There were quite a lot of pictures! These shared pictures soon went viral! Just last year, in 2020 the actress had shared a sweet post on her Instagram feed on their third wedding anniversary. She captioned it with, ‘You are my person and I am yours, that whatever door we come to, we will open it together. Happy anniversary husband’. The two are still going strong and very much in love.
