Not many know, that our dearest Poo aka Kareena Kapoor had gone to Harvard to study. Talking on Bebo opened up about her family’s reaction to her going to Harvard University to study microcomputers and Information Technology.
She said, in a chat with Simi Garewal, and spoke about her Harvard stint in details, “Honestly, Harvard was just like to have a good time and have a blast,” she added, “My mom and sister would never allow me to abroad, to America, live alone there for three months,” and with that, she filled out the forms and got prepared to study at the university, as stated in Quint.
She also spoke about how her family reacted to it. She said, when asked by Simi, about her family’s reaction, she said, “Oh God! It was the biggest thing ever. Everyone was reacting that my niece, my this, my that has gone to Harvard. Kapoor girl, no brains, has gone to Harvard. They all were overreacting. No one could believe that I had gone to Harvard.
