Actress Suzanne Bernert has officially stepped away from the upcoming project Birth of the Prince, citing creative differences. Suzanne was slated to play the ead role opposite Director and actor Adam Kajic. The plot of the project follows a displaced heir raised in Kosovo, who must travel to Europe to reclaim his destiny. Along the way, themes of tradition, modernity, family secrets, and cultural clashes unfold.
But there has been a recent development. The German-born Indian actress, Suzanne, known for her nuanced performances across film and television, confirmed her decision after what sources describe as “thoughtful discussions” with the makers.
While Suzanne expressed her respect for the team and their vision, she felt it was best to part ways at this stage to maintain artistic integrity and alignment with her creative outlook.
“I wish the entire team the very best for the film. Sometimes, visions just don’t align, and it’s important to recognise that early on,” Suzanne shared in a brief statement.
Birth of the Prince had generated considerable buzz for its ensemble cast and ambitious storyline. With Suzanne’s exit, the production is expected to announce a replacement soon.
Bernert, who has built a diverse career spanning multiple Indian languages and genres, continues to explore new opportunities in film, digital media, and her growing presence on YouTube, where she shares her passion for beauty, fashion, and travel.
