What’s common between Shahid Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan apart from the fact that they both are exceptionally amazing dancers, have a stupendous rock-solid physique and can literally slay with their looks? The attitude of humility.
Both Hrithik and Shahid have a humongous amount of respect for each other’s work and while Hrithik is a couple of years senior to Shahid, Duggu has always gone on record to say that he personally feels Shahid is a better dancer than him. The admiration is mutual and we love it. But hey, do you all know that Hrithik actually made Shahid in the first place?
Once, during the opening ceremony of IIFA, when Hrithik and Shahid were sharing the stage, he was quoted as saying,
“If there’s one man who can make me feel nervous about my dance and craft in general, it is Hrithik Roshan. I remember I had just made my debut around that time and Hrithik’s Koi Mil Gaya had come then. After seeing the movie, I realized that I actually have a long way to go to be even close to what Hrithik Roshan is. He’s my inspiration.”
