Bhojpuri star Monalisa needs no introduction. She has worked with several stars in the Bhojpuri industry, including Pawan Singh and Akshara Singh. And in a recent interview, she opened up about the tensions between the two, revealing how their fights used to disrupt shoots on the sets.
Monalisa sat down for a candid chat with YouTube video for podcaster Siddharth Kannan. When asked if she felt uneasy or uncomfortable working with Pawan Singh, she shared that since she is a professional actor, she doesn’t have such experience.
However, when asked what used to happen on the sets since she used to shoot with Pawan Singh and Akshara Singh in the sets, Monalisa said, “I don’t know, as they used to be involved in themselves or whatever fights used to happen. I mean, it used to not be a good atmosphere, this I know, but I never used to poke my nose, like what happened, etc.”
Monalisa further added, “I never asked what happened and never asked anyone.” So when asked if it used to happen that fights used to happen in the vanity, and she used to wait outside. To this, Monalisa agreed, but sharing this was from a different stance.
The actress also shared that Pawan Singh’s fights used to happen even with other girls, too, as he has other affairs, too. Explaining further, Monalisa shared that she has worked in just one film, and their fights used to happen, and she nodded her head when asked if their fights used to disrupt the shoots. And clarified that fights used to not happen in front of her, but she used to sit on the sets waiting.
Monalisa concluded that these things used to affect her, and she loves to be in her own world. She also clarified that she doesn’t like gossip and she doesn’t involve herself in these things.
