Owing to its part 1 success, Dhurandhar 2 is expected to break new box-office records. Since the second part is set to release in March, the buzz is high, and fans are eagerly awaiting it. To avoid a clash with the big banner film Toxic and a hit like Dhurandhar, highly anticipated films Dacoit and Peddi have pushed their release to April.

In March, two big films are releasing: Dhurandhar 2 and Toxic, both slated for March 19, 2026, and set to clash at the box office. Since both films are highly anticipated and expected to rule the box office, the makers of Dacoit and Peddi took a smart move by postponing their release dates.

As per the latest updates, actors Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur’s Dacoit has been postponed to release on April 10, 2026, which was initially slated to hit the theatres on March 19, clashing with Dhurandhar 2 and Toxic.

Similarly, Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor’s upcoming film Peddi is pushed to April, as amid the high competition in March, actor Pawan Kalyan boldly announced the release date of his next big film, Ustaad Bhagat Singh, on March 26, 2026. However, Ram Charan’s Peddi, initially scheduled to release on the same date (March 26, 2026), will now release on April 30, 2026.

With these adjustments, the makers of Dacoit and Peddi made a strategic move that not only gives their film a clear window but also helps it achieve record-breaking collections. And now fans are looking forward to a crowded spring-to-summer slate with interesting releases lined up.
