Bollywood couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh turned the auspicious occasion of Dussehra even more special as they unveiled their second baby girl’s name as ‘Devi’ in a heartfelt family post.
On October 20, 2026, Deepika and Ranveer shared a joint post featuring the family of four—Deepika, Ranveer, and their daughters, Dua and Devi. The heartwarming announcement has added to the festive celebrations, with fans and well-wishers showering the couple with love and blessings as they embrace this beautiful new chapter of parenthood.
The picture shared features the entire family twinned in coordinated cream/ivory and gold ethnic wear from the House of Masaba. Ranveer looks charming in a cream-and-gold silk kurta and pajama, twinning with Deepika, who also wore cream-and-gold attire—a Masaba kurta set featuring a short kurta with a collar neckline, golden embroidery, and loose bottoms, completed with an organza dupatta.
The couple’s daughters twinned with them; elder sister Dua wore a cream-and-gold kurta skirt, while the newborn baby girl, Devi, was gently wrapped in coordinating organza silk. The wholesome picture beautifully captures the new dynamics of the family, featuring a tender moment where elder sister Dua leans in to plant a sweet kiss on her little sister.
Announcing the beautiful name, Deepika and Ranveer wrote in the caption, “Of Love & Abundance. Devi Padukone Singh.”

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are now proud parents to two daughters. Their first daughter, Dua Padukone Singh, was born on September 8, 2024, and their second daughter, Devi Padukone Singh, was born on September 19, 2026.
