Kunal Kohli, who is largely known for movies like ‘Hum Tum’ and ‘Fanaa’ is all set to direct a new movie titled ‘Shlok- The Desi Sherlock’. The film will see Bobby Deol playing the lead role. Also, it will mark the debut of Ananya Birla, daughter of Aditya Birla Group’s chairman, Kumar Mangalam Birla.
As per reports in the media, the film is a spy thriller and Bobby will be taking the audiences by surprise as this is the first time we will see him on-screen in this avatar. The team is shooting in London.
We earlier exclusively reported about Karishma Kotak and Rahul Bose being part of the project. Now, we hear talented beauty Nav Ghotra, who has worked in films like Welcome Home and The Pills, has bagged the movie. She will play the role of a lawyer.
