On Tuesday, Imtiaz Ali posted a picture on Instagram featuring Ida and Krish exchanging rings. Ida looked elegant in a baby pink saree, while Krish complemented her in a sleek black sherwani. The couple appeared visibly happy during the engagement ceremony.
Sharing the picture, Imtiaz wrote, “Seeking your blessings, the newly engaged Krish and Idaa.”
The engagement comes after Ida had given fans a glimpse of Krish’s proposal earlier this year. On July 12, she shared a video of the special moment on Instagram, which also offered a glimpse of her engagement ring. Talking about the proposal and his daughter’s engagement, Imtiaz told Hindustan Times, “It is the greatest happiness for me.” He also revealed that Krish had spoken to him before proposing to Ida.
Who Is Ida Ali’s Fiancé Krish Agrawal?
Krish Agrawal is 24 years old and works as a quantitative researcher at a hedge fund. He and Ida Ali have been in a relationship for a long time and reportedly share a mutual love for travelling.
Ida, meanwhile, is an aspiring filmmaker who developed an interest in storytelling at a young age. She directed her first short film, Lift, at 17. She later pursued filmmaking at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts in California.
