Actress Kiara Advani has poured her heart out, expressing her feelings in an emotional note as a tribute to her late father-in-law Sunil Malhotra, recalling him welcoming her with his open arms. With a heartfelt post on her social media, the actress honoured her father-in-law’s amazing personality and all that he has been for the family.
On February 18, Kiara shared a couple of photos on her Instagram, the first one featuring the sweetest family moment from Kiara and Sidharth’s wedding festivities, where the actors posed with Sunil and Sidharth’s mother, Rimma – the four made it sweet with their family hug moment, while the other picture shows Sunil’s photo in a coat.
However, what turns out to be the deeply moving part is Kiara’s emotional note that begins with, “From the very beginning — you welcomed me with open arms, steady wisdom, and a kind of unconditional love that grounded us all.”
Adding to it, Kaira wrote, “Your warmth was constant. Your generosity effortless. Your love for your family was at the center of everything you did. You showed up— every single time. As per the reports, Sidharth Malhotra’s father and Kiara’s father-in-law, Sunil Malhotra, who was a Merchant Navy captain, passed away four days ago after being unwell for some time. Also, the last rites have been completed as reported on February 17, and the actor couple is in Delhi and will stay there for some days.
