The actor recently approached the Delhi High Court, raising concerns over the misuse of his name, image, and identity across various digital platforms.

According to reports, the court has passed an interim order in his favor, offering protection to his personality rights. This comes after multiple pieces of unauthorized content surfaced online, including claims that he cheated on his former wife, Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The content also included AI-generated visuals and objectionable material, which the actor strongly objected to.

During the hearing, his lawyer, advocate Vaibhav Gaggar, made it clear that such content crosses the line. He told the court that these claims are not fair criticism but pure trolling. He also highlighted that some posts falsely accused the actor of ruining Samantha’s career, with no factual basis.

The legal team further pointed out the presence of morphed and inappropriate content circulating online, including pornographic material that allegedly misuses the actor’s identity. These issues, they argued, have caused serious damage to his reputation and personal dignity.

In the plea, it was stated that Naga Chaitanya has built a strong career in the Telugu film industry over the years and enjoys a wide fan following. The spread of such misleading and defamatory content not only affects his public image but also impacts his professional standing.

With the court stepping in, this case highlights the growing concern around digital misuse, especially with the rise of AI-generated content. The actor’s move sends a clear message against online harassment and the unchecked spread of false narratives.
