Telugu superstar Nagarjuna watched Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chadha at a very private screening in Hyderabad.
Nag loved the film. “It has Aamir Khan’s feelgood stamp all over it,” he told me. The screening in Hyderabad was also attended by Chiranjeevi, S S rajamouli , Sukumar(the director of Pushpa) and Naga Chaitanya.
Nagarjuna’s son Naga Chaitanya also has a prominent role in Laal Singh Chadha. While Aamir Khan plays Tom Hanks’ role from the original Forrest Gump, Naga Chaitanya plays Bubba the role played by Mykelti Williamson in the original.
Says Nagarjuna, “My son Chaitanya has just as important a role in Laal Singh Chadha as Mykelti Williamson in the original.”
