Big update coming in. Earlier, we had reported about how the NCB challenged Rhea Chakraborty’s bail in the Supreme Court.
The first session of hearing happened today and as per reports in NDTV, the Supreme Court told NCB that they have to challenge the Bombay HC order granting bail to Rhea Chakraborty in alleged drug related case.
Justices A S Bopanna and V Ramasubramanian were reportedly quoted as saying,
“You cannot challenge the bail order observations without challenging the bail order itself.”
Reports suggest that a hearing is scheduled to take place next week.
