Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn have stepped forward to provide financial help to Rajpal Yadav, who is currently in Tihar Jail in connection with a case involving a ₹9 crore cheque bounce and a loan default. Rajpal’s manager, Goldie, confirmed that A-listers including Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Varun Dhawan have reached out to offer monetary help to clear his outstanding debts. Other prominent figures, including Sonu Sood, David Dhawan, and filmmaker Anees Bazmee, have also extended their support.
Beyond the A-listers, music composer Rao Inderjeet Yadav pledged ₹1.11 crore, politician Tej Pratap Yadav promised ₹11 lakh, and KRK (Kamaal R. Khan) declared a contribution of ₹10 lakh toward the cause. A bail hearing is scheduled for February 12, 2026, and his legal team and family are hopeful for his release. His manager stated that the industry is “standing like a rock” behind him, demonstrating strong solidarity during this challenging time.
Rajpal Yadav’s manager, Goldie, speaking to SCREEN, stated, “A lot of people have reached out to help Rajpal Yadav. Actors like Sonu Sood, Salman Khan, and Ajay Devgn have extended their support. I was just on a call with David Dhawan—he too reached out. Ratan Nain, Varun Dhawan… many people are coming forward to help him this time, which Rajpal has deeply appreciated.” When asked whether the actor urged for help before surrendering, his manager, Goldie, chose not to comment on it, and added, “The good thing is that after his situation worsened, the industry has stood behind him like a rock—and that should be appreciated. Everyone has made commitments, but such transactions don’t happen overnight.”
The manager further stated that the actor could be out on bail soon, “Mentally, the family has to remain strong. Rajpal Bhai himself is very strong, and that strength runs in the family. There are also several celebrations lined up at home, with family functions scheduled later in February. Everyone wants Rajpal Bhai to be out by then.”
