Saroj Khan death: Madhuri Dixit Nene mourns her loss, says, ‘Saroj ji was a part of my journey since the beginning’

Veteran choreographer Saroj Khan had been battling for life due to severe health issues for some time now. She has been an iconic personality in the true sense of the term and has certainly redefined choreography in the Bollywood dance genre.

Over the years in her illustrious career, Saroj Khan has trained the who’s who of Bollywood but as we all know, her closest and most favourite student of all has been Madhuri Dixit Nene. In fact, coincidentally, her last work in Bollywood was when she choreographed her favourite Madhuri for Kalank.

As Saroj Khan passed away today morning due to cardiac arrest, the entire Bollywood industry is in shock but no one perhaps is more affected than Madhuri. Check her post to understand why we say so –

I’m devastated & at an utter loss of words today! Saroj ji was part of my journey since the beginning. She taught me a lot, not just about dance but so much more. There’s a rush of memories in my head thinking of this big personal loss. My heartfelt condolences to the family ?
