Dia focuses on basic things like walking and completing 10,000 steps per day to maintain her skin and wellbeing.

Dia defines fitness as a healthy mind and body, which she achieves through a nutrition-based diet and regular workouts. The actress eats a gluten-free, vegan diet and starts her day with almonds. She also avoids processed and fatty foods and eats a light meal every two hours. Dia, when asked about her fitness routine, replied, “Stretching, crossfit and weight training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing are all part of my workouts. No matter where I go, I work out at least six times a week. Yoga stretches and certain freehand movements like squats, lunges, Surya namaskar, and dhanur asanas are my go-to workouts for keeping my body supple and flexible. Every day, no matter what, I walk 10,000 steps.”

On a personal level, the Bollywood actress copes with stress by meditating every morning, which just relaxes the mind. Dia finds walking to be incredibly calming, and as a nature lover, being surrounded by greenery and wandering among trees rejuvenates her.
