Sonakshi Sinha is well known for her badass and give it back nature. She is the ideal combination of fierce and sweet. If she can be the sweet and ‘shant’ ‘Rajjo’ of ‘Dabangg’, she can quickly get into the mode of the ‘dabangg’ fierce lady from Akira.
Although her last release, ‘Kalank’, didn’t do that well at the box office despite having a fantastic star cast, she is all set to make her comeback with a bang with two August releases this year, ‘Khandani Shafakhana’ and ‘Mission Mangal’. ‘Khandani Shafakhana’ also marks the debut of music rockstar Badshah, who too revealed that he has done the film only because of his dear friend Sonakshi Sinha.
This is Sonakshi’s first film that openly deals with a taboo concept like ‘sex’ and she herself revealed at the ‘Baat Toh Karo’ promo launch that earlier she had purposely done family oriented movies. So, using this as a tool, when a reporter tried to rub her the wrong way by asking if she gets limited by films and scripts because of her safe attitude, she replied in a badass way,
‘Well, this is my 9th year in the industry so far and this is my 25th film. I don’t think it would be possible if I was actually limited as an actor. Hope this answers your question. ‘
