The actress is a fitness freak, no doubt about that, and now has shared a video on her social media handle to give us some enraging cues on fitness with her hardcore workout session.

In the video, we could see Kriti Sanon performing some heavy workout session that includes several exercises including Weighted Squats, Bent Over Dumbbell Row, Kettlebell Around the Head, Plank Hip Dips, Dumbbell Chest Press, Bent Over Barbell Row, Plank variations and Side Dips with a ball as stated in the health site.

The actress is currently busy with some big-budget movies in the row, starting with Shehzada, Bhediya, Adipurush, and Ganapath, back-to-back. The actress is all set to reunite with Tiger Shroff in the movie Ganapath and is getting through hardcore training for the action movie.

The actress earlier in an interview stated the kind of training she is getting for Ganapath, saying. “Ganapath is one film where I have to be physically very fit because it’s an action film. It’s got a lot of action for me to do. My character is also someone who does it on a daily basis. She is very fit. So now, I have started following a very different diet. I have become a lot more consistent with my workout. There’s a mix of bodyweight and weight training and sometimes yoga. I like combining a lot of things so that the body doesn’t get used to just one routine. In general, I feel it’s important to stay fit. It’s got to do with your mental health as well.”
