Rashmika Mandanna is all geared up to hover at the top with her Bollywood debut, Mission Majnu along with Sidharth Malhotra. However, not many know that she was approached for the Hindi remake of the Telugu movie, Jersey.
However, the actress was all set to move forward with the film but later stepped back, for she realised that she won’t be able to essay the role like Shraddha Srinath in the original film.
She said, “Imagine doing something like Jersey and not being able to pull it off.”, she also said that the makers deserve more, saying, “I will not accept any film to which I feel I can’t give my best. Jersey remake was huge. Anyone would do it but then I don’t want to come to set and be all tired. I feel they (the film’s makers) deserve more. Someone who can give in energy.” As quoted by India Today.
